Since
Etruscan times this land has always had a vocation for wine. "NaTourOasi"
is situated in the territory of Chianti D.O.C.G, so developing vineyards
and understanding the combination of wine and different foods come as something
natural here. The hills, the land and its composition are unique in this
part of Italy. After following and developing our ancestors wine legacy we now
have a great variety of vineyards growing in this territory, the range goes from
the classical and indigenous Sangiovese to the Merlot and Cabernet
Sauvignon!
Following tradition our
facilities still use the chestnut trees coming from our woods to preserve the
wine, and all the vineyards have been placed taking into account the direction
and intensity of the sun.

Virgin Olive Oil
The olive tree has always been
an icon of the Tuscan landscape. The hills, the microclimate and the land
help produce one of the best olive oils in the world. Within the territory
of "Natouroasi - Sant'Ercolano" we cultivate with passion some of the
different traditional types of olives such as Correggiolo, Frantoio,
Moraiolo e Leccino! All the olives are hand picked giving birth
to our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, rich in antioxidants that you can recognize by
the intensity of its perfume and delicious taste.
This Olive Oil is best combined with: Bruschette
(Toasted bread with garlic, basil and sometimes tomatoes), broth and vegetable
soups, meats.

is proud to be part of the Association "Strada del vino Terre di Arezzo"
( "The wine trail in the Arezzo area"), a sign of its respect for the
precise standards of quality, and is a good way to appreciate the reality of a
farm holiday home and the new phenomena of Enotourism (wine-tourism), a
unique opportunity to get to know the beautiful surrounding places and experience
the flavors of local traditions.
